Has anyone else experienced elevated heart rate and restlessness at night on Wegovy? Especially after shot day and the days that follow, my heart rate seems to be elevated making it hard to fall asleep. I've heard taking melatonin can help with falling asleep faster, but it kind of seems like it's just masking the problem with another supplement. Any advice?

I'm on Zepbound now but I have experienced a racy heart on shot day when I was on Ozempic. Increased heart rate is listed as a less common side effect for Ozempic, but if you have history of arrhythmia I would def talk to your Dr. about this!
